Nexatech srl owns and operates the CorsaFacile app and the corsafacile.it website. By using our ride-sharing service through our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to form binding contracts.

1.2 Registration

You must create an account to access certain features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

1.4 Trip Cancellation

• Instant Trip: Instant trips can be cancelled within 1 minute of booking for a 100% refund. If cancelled after 1 minute, a penalty of between 50% and 90% of the cost of the trip will apply.

• Scheduled Trip: Scheduled trips can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time for a 100% refund. If cancelled less than 1 hour before, a penalty of between 50% and 90% of the cost of the trip will apply.

2. Payments

2.1 Fees

The fees for using the Service will be indicated in the application. We reserve the right to change the fees at any time.

2.2 Payments

All payments must be made using the payment methods indicated in the app. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees.

3. Driver Safety and Verification

All drivers will be verified at all stages, including criminal background checks, to ensure the safety and peace of mind of customers.

4. Access to Real-Time Location

We will have access to your real-time location while you use the app to ensure your safety while using the Service.

5. License to Use

5.1 Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.2 Restrictions

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of our Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

CorsaFacile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any modifications by posting the new Terms on our website or through the application. The modifications will be effective as of the date of publication.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflicts of law.
